San Jose Costa Rica more than a Hotel a great place to stay
We are not a B&B or a hotel we are a Costa Rican Family who has built 4 beautiful and artistic rooms in our property they all have independent bathrooms and entrances but they are located among our family. We are a family of 5 myself Kenneth my wife Susana and my three children Jimena, Angelica and Emilio oh and 2 dogs and a cat.
For Many years actually more than 20 I have worked in the tourism industry of Costa Rica precisely in the promotion of tourism related business, I have found that hotels never show you the real scene and rooms are always just rooms. So our family invented the HOME STAY system come to our home stay at a great room in Costa Rica DONT SPEND a fortune and be surrounded by real Costa Rica's.
Our property is located in the outskirts of San Jose the capital of Costa Rica 15 minutes from downtown San Jose we are also adjacent to the National Park Braulio Carrillo on the road to the Caribbean, our property and all the rooms are surrounded by extensive vegetation which attracts large number of birds and butterflies also our rooms have decorated with authentic Costa Rica art from renowned artist every room is differently decorated

Home away from home is how I would describe our stay at La Boruca. Ken and Susana are the most gracious host . Their three children are wonderful and filled with laughter. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is beautifully maintained and exotic.
Ken’s advice and assistance with our itinerary and transportation options was priceless. He goes above and beyond expectation. The personal, yet professional service we receive made this trip unforgettable. We came to La Boruca as clients and feel that we are leaving as friends.

We love the beautiful setting you have created for your guests. The room was just perfect & very clean. The garden is amazing you must work very hard to keep such a beautiful home. We enjoy playing with your son; he is already a “lady killer”, watch out. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

I was looking for hotels in San Jose Costa Rica, ,thank you very much for all the attention, I had a lot of fun, it's was very nice to know you guys, I recommend this place to all , thank you for dinner and breakfast, just delicious, great dishes, excellent conection WI-FI in my room great price!! Excellent Hotel near San Jose!
