Home away from home is how I would describe our stay at La Boruca. Ken and Susana are the most gracious host . Their three children are wonderful and filled with laughter. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is beautifully maintained and exotic.
Ken’s advice and assistance with our itinerary and transportation options was priceless. He goes above and beyond expectation. The personal, yet professional service we receive made this trip unforgettable. We came to La Boruca as clients and feel that we are leaving as friends.

We love the beautiful setting you have created for your guests. The room was just perfect & very clean. The garden is amazing you must work very hard to keep such a beautiful home. We enjoy playing with your son; he is already a “lady killer”, watch out.

Un lugar muy bonito lleno de vegetación y una gran vista.
La tranquilidad de este lugar fenomenal. La familia Alvarado Gonzales y sin duda una familia excepcional y les da la sensación de estar en casa. Sus hijos y nuestros hijos (Marcos y Emiliano) jugaron y corrieron por todos los jardines. Compartieron sus juguetes y su casa.
Las recamaras de la Boruca son muy cómodas al igual que limpias. El amanecer es recibido con cantos de pájaros y el muar de las vacas sin duda un lugar campestre. Fuera de el ruido de la cuidad y de la contaminación. Kenneth, Susana, Jimena, Angélica y Emilio serán personas que llevaremos en nuestros recuerdos del gran viaje a Costa Rica.
Muchas gracias por su gran hospitalidad y sus atenciones. PURA VIDA.

Out of very single hotel I have over been to my entire life, this was kindest, warmest and nicest of them all. You have wonderful kids, who are full of fun. You really know how to make people feel welcome and I am really sad to have to leave. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Kenneth and Suzi, we felt like you were hosting a big family. Our kids loved rooming the gramds with your kids. The trip with your mother to the volcano was fantastic, she was lovely warm and gracious companion.

Ken, Suzanna and the kids.
We have really enjoyed our stay at La Boruca.
Thank you so much for taking care of us and making us feel at home.
We ate and drink until our bellies were full to brushing and the food was so delicious, Friday´s barbecue was incredible.
The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and we love having the internet at our fingertips.

Happy New Year! This was the perfect place to stop on our away from the airport to Liberia, so we could relax in Costa Rica, before heading to work. The food is delicious and the view out the windows is a little costa Rican paradise. I recommended taking a nice walk through the hills!

Dear cousin Family, your house and hotel are beautiful. Thank you sooo much for you hospitality and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. We really enjoyed our first week of honeymoon in Costa Rica. Your housekeeper and groundskeeper were great . She kept the room spotless and they were very willing to help we had fun with the kids as well they have so much energy . The rooms are great! . They are so comfortable and just the right size. This whole place is so relaxing and quiet and so beautiful. Thank you again for allowing us the privilege to stay here and we pray God blesses you and we wish you great success in all you do. Now I continue to recommended this place to everyone with fist hand experience. We can’t wait to come visit again in the near feature.

We spent ages looking for accomodation, when we finally found this place and saw the quality of the rooms we thought....what´s the catch? Surely you can´t find such good rooms for such a great price.!
Everithing was perfect the room, the shower and of course the amazing bed!
The dinner and breakfast were amazing!
Thank you for all your generosity and help! We will never forget this place, one of the best of all the places on our year trip!
